Interview

Last year, I had the pleasure of being invited back to the Katz Center for Mexican Studies at the University of Chicago to talk about my book. While I was there, I was interviewed by staff of the Center for Latin American Studies about my experience doing my MA in Latin American Studies there, before doing my PhD in the history department. CLAS was very much my home on campus the whole time I was at UChicago, and it was nice to spend that time chatting about how formative my MA program has been to my subsequent career.

It has only recently been posted, and you can hear it here (including me talking about how my first year history seminar reduced me to tears— true story!):
